Well, I guess it's about time I posted something lol

As my first "real" post, I wanted to post about something simple and short. Wasn't really sure what to do, but then I remembered I can talk about a handy little program called f.lux. Not really anything amazing or anything, just a simple program to help people like me who chill to 3 am. It just adjusts the warmth of your monitor. It isn't a large program, and it is quite easy to install, also free. These last couple of weeks I would stay awake until late at night, and I started having issues with my eyes. I am already wearing glasses, and me staring into a really bright monitor late at night didn't really help my eyes relax. Then I remembered that I had used this program a couple of years back. Now it's a bit fancier, but it is still the same old concept.

It's an easy install, and it will help a lot with staying up late and staring at your computer screen. Just have to fiddle a bit with the settings until you find a comfortable level of warmth which isn't too bothersome for your eyes and that doesn't spoil whatever you're looking at.

Just go to https://justgetflux.com/ and press the big blue download button. Don't worry, there ain't no viruses nor malware included. It will take you to another page and prompt you to save your setup. On that page you have most of the important data you need to use the program properly, so I won't really elaborate on what you have to do. Just save the setup, install it, and there you go. Just set some things up like your location and when you wake up to make it work better for you. That should be everything I have to say for now, so see ya. -Duke

An Introduction To This Blog's Purpose

Well, this blog is going to be chaos, more or less. Irregular posts, random things, anything you guys might want to know (if anyone actually views this blog :P), just plain old mostly subjective and sometimes objective opinions about stuff and things (mostly games, but some music might be on the blog too, who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

See ya, Duke
